Poor Red's is world Famous
for it's Golden Cadillacs. Cadillacs are a blended drink of
Galliano liqueur, half and half, White Cream de Cacao and ice,
most delicious! We are the largest consumer of Galliano (a
spiced anise liqueur) in the world. Also famous for our award
winning barbequed ribs. Poor Red's is located in the small town
of El Dorado, (population 1827) except on a Saturday night, when
the bar is full at Poor Red's! So come on by and have a
